I’m Darpan, a London-based service designer with 10+ years in regulated financial services. I lead from discovery to delivery — framing the problem with stakeholders, shaping reusable service and product architecture, and making sure it ships.
Most of my work sits where policy, operations and technology meet: case management at JP Morgan Chase, commercial finance at NatWest, and AI-integrated tooling that helps teams move faster without losing trust.
Alongside the craft, I facilitate and coach — running workshops that turn competing priorities into shared decisions, and helping designers grow into confident partners.
